RadixHosting downtime

Posted by ResellerPlanet, 08-28-2010, 06:53 AM
Dear clients,

All of RadixHosting's websites are currently down, due to our datacenter infrastructure provider RedUnix, who are currently completely down. We are at the moment in progress of physically removing our servers from that datacenter, and moving them to another datacenter. As this service outage is unexpected, everything is totally out of our control. The only thing that I can say at this moment is that we WILL be back, as soon as we are moved to another datacenter. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing, and we hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

do you have an update for us?

We are currently working at bringing everything back online, we hope to be operational again within a few hours time. More news on this will follow as soon as we are back.

Since we are dependent on the support team of our datacenter, that is hard to say. We hope everything will be resolved within 24 hours.

We are still experiencing problems with the new IP address ranges at this time ... we are doing everything to resolve this but unfortunately it is still out of our hands. Updates will follow as soon as they are available.

Our servers are back online.

We've been assigned a new subnet, so if you're using custom nameservers please send me a PM and I will provide you with the new IP addresses.

Thank you

We are back already. We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience, however this what completely out of our hands and caused by serious problems in 3 different data centers. Unless you are using custom nameservers, you do not have to change anything.

try to click the get supportbutton on their page and you will be sent to a onefile page. click on their aff.php button there and you wil get to an copy of their site managedphp.com. it looks like they are hosted on same server. on their (managedphp) its a working ( https://secure.managedphp.com/billing/ )
maybe that could be a way to contact them.

Would you trust your business to this company where their own web site can not even stay up?
