Yes it`s down

dme now transfer all acounts to new server.Old server is blocked by dc or hacked or something that...

Unfortunately OVH thinks our server is "hacked" when we have proven to them countless times that it is not, as we are more than capable of managing our own servers. What they don't understand is that this server is a VPS node and perhaps individual VPS's are hacked...thus we have resolved such issues immediately.

However, they still don't read anything we say, and the 1 person who seems to work for OVH at IE is only around Mon-Friday, 8hrs...and never wants to look into the issue. The 1 person staff that OVH has to resolve such issues is causing massive delays and quite frankly disrespectful to our legitimate clients. They are making us replace this server and restore people on a new node...

Once this is said and done, we will be investigating our communication with them and see what can be done to prevent this from happening again. We are working as fast as OVH will permit to allow us to get those clients off that 1 node on to another. Blocking access to the server makes it very difficult to migrate data. They have only given us FTP information and it appears that the VZ service is still running making the migration pretty sloppy and some VM's will have to be fixed since they are still running during the backup process.

Give them a little bit more time. They themselves are having issue contacting and talking to OVH. All they need from their clients is patience

@Farisworlds: Give them more time? Yeah right - as if you would be patient if you were the one who needs to be patient.. Fact is, dmehosting is acting unprofessional all the time, are you affiliated with them? Or how do you happen to excuse failure like this? No communication from dmehosting is NOT OVH's fault, but only "common practise" with dmehosting. (yes, been there, running against no answers from them - it's just more convenient to "not answer" and blame others I guess..)

And the claim of complete innocence - we will never know how truth (or not) it is.

Bottom line - acted like this before, no wonder I have a hard time believing "they" are innocent and supportive - I would be surprised if they were. (won't happen though, they haven't changed at all)

I have encounter what you've encounter. You can never change the situation of the issue if you keep on complaining on and on because nothing will change.

I'm very sure DMEHosting have representative here on WebHostingTalk . Try PM-ing one of the representative.

http://www.webhostingtalk.com/member.php?u=182831 (He is online now)

Another way is you could open a thread in VPS forum and I'm sure the respective representatives will appear and explain the situation.

I am NOT affiliated with them, everyone have the rights to comment or give their opinions.

Good luck

We have explained the situation via support ticket to each client on the node. We can't make anyone believe it, he obviously would like to come up with conspiracies how we decided to leave a server offline for 3 days...
