Have you tried contacting their helpdesk/forums etc.. maybe it's just an issue with your server? Their main website is loading fine. |

Hey guys,
I want to apologize for this issue and give you a brief explanation of what happend. Yesterday when we realized that there was an issue we immediately contacted the QuadraNet facility, to which we were informed the following:
Quote:
The distribution router for the LAX6-V1 section of the 6th floor datacenter is experiencing an issue with its management blade and causing a network service disruption.
Network engineers are already on-site and physically working on troubleshooting and restoring the router. At the moment they are replacing the management blade and restoring the config from backups.
We apologize for this unforeseen issue and assure you we are working as quickly as possible to resolve the matter.
Thank you for your patience. Once the issue is resolved your servers will be accessible once more.
|
As soon as they finished we were immediately online and everything was going great. We have nothing but the best thoughts for the guys at QuadraNet and we appreciate their quick response and readiness to correct the issue, we know hardware issues suck and have been in their shoes before. So if you have any more questions about the issue feel free to email me at jon@sharkspace.com |

Yep. All our servers were also down at that time.
We are once again facing the same issues for last 40 minutes.
Network monitor is showing no activity ... no network.
You can see the attached snapshot. |

Just wanted to clarify, we also use Quadranet to colo all our servers. and the issue was related to Quadranet and not Sharkspace
We both are using Quardranet facility and there is no other links between us. |

DC has just replied:

We had an emergency maintenance which required a reboot of the router. You
should be back online now. Please let us know if you still cannot get online.
