I was wondering if anyone else here has been tb-hosting.com
I have been using them for around 3 years now for my Master Reseler and they've always been great.
But lately, they seem to be having issues.
Not replying to support tickets - normally received a response within 24hours.
Not sending out invoices..
And now their website seems to be down. Although the server I am on is working fine, just wondering if anyone else is having issues with them or knows what is going on. |

I hope you didn't prepay, but who knows they could have gone on vacation, lol. Some hosts do great business for either short or long periods of time and then ppooooff they disappear!
Do what sean said, call them. |

Ok, here is some information for you
Companys Registration Number: 06499702 Company Name: TB-HOSTING DOT COM LTD Company Status: Dissolved
So what does dissolved mean?
1. The company is no longer trading
2. Assets are liquidated, creditors paid
This company wont become active again, because when its dissolved it means that, it cant re-open again.
Unfortunately you are unlikely to continue hosting with them again, if you are still paying them, contact Trading Standards.
So I would backup and move to a new host. Try the offers section.

That doesn't sounds good really, I mean I am not working with them but at last they should contact their customers about the situation, especially the master resseler who may have dozens of accounts under his name |

Even though it may be tempting to stay where you are, given that you're not being invoiced, it's only a matter of time until the server doesnt get paid for and your sites go offline. Use this as a pre-warning and transfer your sites to a reputable host a.s.a.p. while you have the chance.
Best of luck with your situation, and I hope it gets resolved quickly for you. |

Thanks for the help guys.
I will start looking into getting my own dedicated server. Think it is safer that way. |

1. tb-hosting.com stopped replying tickets for almost a year ago.
2. there cpanel is down for months.
3. when cpanel is available 'backup' option is disabled.
4. they are collecting paayments and issuing invoices every month.
5. now they suspended my entire master reseller account for no fault.
My own 3 websites (one of them billing and customer support site) and 2 other domains are in danger now.
There is no way to contact them. Their phone is not working.
Any help? |

That's a *VERY* strong indicator that no-one is at the helm anymore - I'd suggest you move hosts now. |

they are there - sending invoices and sometimes replying the emails aslo as they did in my case clarifying the reason to suspend the account.
anyway, I am moving to another service provider. |

They are not there, they are just standard WHMCS responses sent by WHMCS automatically.
Its all automated, they are clearly no longer there, they just haven't stopped the cron. |

How can WHMCS read the complaints and reply? My question was only one line 'why my account has been suspended?' and I got that reply.
anyway, I have to move from them |

That is the standard email that comes out from WHMCS, that has just been modified to sound more personal.

Ok. so what you suggest now? I had master reseller with them and there was 5 domains - 3 my own and 2 others - one was critical to manage clients and accounts. another was a reseller account under master reseller - that is active and has 37 accounts which we are backing up for last 24 hours but their server is taking around 8 hours to backup a single account.
My concern is get my those 3 sites under master reseller.
Any help is solicited. |

Cron are working.
Client Support area and their website is online.
I used RMC to recover my all websites except one which is rooting for Master Reseller account. |
