Hivelocity is having network related issues

Posted by cdru, 08-09-2010, 12:00 PM Hivelocity seems to be having network related issue as of late this morning. From my company's connection, packets get to their edge router but then seem to get lost. From home I can get intermittent connections to our sites, but their trouble ticket pages are very hit or miss. A support chat just indicated "we are aware with the issue , we have our admins working on it and it should fixed very soon." but no indication of what "very soon" is nor what the actual problem might be.
Just FYI if you are also having issues.
Posted by HivelocityGM, 08-09-2010, 12:14 PM We were getting a DDOS attack which affected a portion of our customers. We are adjusting some configuration settings on our new routers now to ensure if another attack comes through you will not be affected. I apologize for the inconvenience.
