Hey there minhmeo ^^
We are aware of the situation =] we're resolving the issue, and are currently running a filesystem check utility to ensure data integrity before bringing everyone online.
Apologies for the downtime.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please feel free to give me a shout.
Take care

Hey there,
We had a kernel panic but everyone should be good to go It seems it stems back to when we had those power strip issues earlier last month. We're spinning up a new node and we're going to live migrate everyone to that to make sure we've addressed any possible quirks.
Thanks for your patience,
Francisco |

The only thing down right now is solus for anyone on node03 as i'm just finishing the last touches on the people migrating. At this point there is only a hand full of people not shuffled from the old node to the new, they will most likely require a restart on their VPS's because of this. Everyone else was able to live migrate w/o issue
Thanks,
Fran |

Hi Fran.
Yes, at first, i'm still not sure about request a refund or not.
Then, i ask to reactivate my VPS.
But, the VPS was not activated and you didn't reply my email.Didn't you receive my email ?
And then, i ask for refund, and you still not replied my email.
And you didn't answer my post in here: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...58#post6893758.
Actually, i don't like to complain $2.5-$3 in this forum.
It is too embarassing for me.
Honestly, i can't find bad review about you, so maybe it is just misunderstanding between us.
But, i hope you reply my email |

Hey Bekanosky,
I've not had any new emails from you so just drop me one and we'll resolve it. The confusion is that you were wanting a re-activation.
Let me know,
Francisco |
