Ecatel partially down?

Posted by butterflylover, 08-01-2010, 02:21 PM I have a site hosted in ecatel and for the past hour and a half people from certain countries( from what i noticed Germany and Israel but im sure it's a lot more countries) can't access it.
Is this happening to anyone else as well?
