Sean - thing is that obviously some of their routes are down and you are not routed through them. Their main site still times out just like couple of servers on a segement. Here is excerpt from traceroute:
11 127 ms 128 ms 127 ms ae-81-81.ebr1.Washington1.Level3.net 12 145 ms 144 ms 143 ms ae-2-2.ebr3.Atlanta2.Level3.net
13 150 ms 143 ms 143 ms ae-61-60.ebr1.Atlanta2.Level3.net
14 146 ms 145 ms 144 ms ae-4-4.car1.Charlotte1.Level3.net
15 173 ms 203 ms 223 ms ae-11-11.car2.Charlotte1.Level3.net
16 154 ms 147 ms 157 ms CAROLINA-IN.car2.Charlotte1.Level3.net
17 * * * Request timed out. |

I understand that, however, from what was provided ^ it all seems quite active. I am just seeing what information can be given to give it a test for myself. |

It appears to have been at least a major power failure.
Our servers were abruptly powered off at 4am EDT and powered on again about 2 hours later.
# uptime
02:17:42 up 20 min, 1 user, load average: 0.00, 0.02, 0.06 |

We will update this section if anyone else is still experiencing any issues, I can confirm it was only people located in DC 3.
Anyone located in DC 1, DC 2, or XB1 still having any further issues at this time please feel free to contact me directly.
Thank you. |
