paypal.com appears to be out.
bear in mind that they are probably multi-homed, and may not be down completely.
also don't look at the http, it answers sporadicaly, the https redirect target is not answering. |

whoops, except it decided on Norway as the home zone
edit again:
seems like it's monday then. select the home country from the drop down, and it can get there. where you see ... a re-arranged home page. someone wet behind the ears has been fiddling again. |

Not surprising as they have multiple pops and multiple services.
It's not the first time they pooched something with a bad rollout ... and it won't be the last.
If they extended their paranoia from the fraud side to the technical side it wouldn't be too much. |
