All servers of EditDNS and EveryDNS are down?

Posted by Showfom, 07-12-2010, 03:51 AM
All my domains can't be visited.

Anyone meets the same situation?

Give it time am sure it will be back up. I host loads of domain names at namecheap and they have been down for good day once, but they always come back online

Same problem. Any information about this?

Posted by Showfom, 07-12-2010, 03:58 AM
And www.editdns.net is down, too.

I think they are checking this problem, but no email notice because their support email is down, too.

We are aware of it and working on it.

Thank you, all my domains' nameservers are hosted in EditDNS

And I bought a pro plan.

7 servers are all down, do you have any other contact information?

The past 2 days there seems to be some serious DNS issues.

As nerdie has said they're aware of it, I hope we do find out what has actually happened though.

Guys -- we're getting hit with a massive DDOS attack across all of our nameservers.

This is not something we can really do, we're just shifting around traffic to get things somewhat up.

I cannot imagine all the servers are down together

Posted by Showfom, 07-12-2010, 04:26 AM
Oh no, someone DDOD the DNS servers, what are they doing!

I just remembered dnspod.com, they meet DDOS attack last year and millions of websites in China can't be visited.

Ouch I was wondering why some of my sites were up and others were down.. Was about to peg it out a broken SSL cert or my server being wonky.. Until I reminded myself about editdns.

Hope this gets fixed soon else I'm gonna have to jump ship for awhile.
