Enotch Networks - Client area and VPS unavailable

Hello,
Does anyone right now experience downtime of Enotch Networks?
The client area is mostly unavailable (timeout), VPS responds to ping, but nothing else is available.
I can't neither place a supprto ticket and/or restart the VPS (although it had no reason to hang).
Any feedback from the Enotch representative would be very appreciated. |

Client Area and VPS are both 100% available for me (Seattle, Washington USA). |

I think if the clientarea was unavailable that we would have bigger problems since our site would also be affected. You can place a support ticket at any time by emailing support [at] enotch.com. All VPS nodes are showing 58+ days of uptime on average. |

No issues for me with client area and 3 VPS's. |

OK, next time I'll post host-tracker.com/whatever screenshots/other kind of proof that it wasn't just an illusion/my local/ISP problems.
Beyond this incident, I have nothing to complain about Enotch services - to those interested. |
