For the past half hour or so my server with them has been down - no reply from support so far. Are others experiencing the same issue?

Yes, they're definitely down, even their own site. Support phone is busy - hope that means they're working on it and not - well, I don't want to think about it. |

Yes, our VPS came back up between 15:00 & 15:30 Eastern (N America) Daylight. |
