Synhost.eu DOWN Everyday!?

Since I've been with synhost.eu (4-5 months) they have changed alot. They were great at start, bu now are really staring to take the mick. About over a month ago, they've been getting downtime every week for days and days. They're down right now and so is their damn website.
What the hell is going on guys? Come back online so i can get my latest backup and go! That's all i want now. |

Have you tried contacting them about this issue? Maybe they can rectify it before you go through the trouble of transfering hosts |

I would contact them to find out whats going on, maybe it's just something temporary that theyre trying to resolve. Let us know what they respond. |

That's too much, as you said.. get your files and move on. There is no rectifying that. |

Interesting, did you ever talk to the customer reps about why your web site was always down? |
