this is start happening to often. my sever id down AGAIN and they do not respond me for more than 3 hours. they claim that they have 24x7 support but it looks like that is not true. Or at least they do not care about their client servers. I sent couple of ticket to their support dept. but nothing! did someone else have server with them which is down or know what is happening because they obviously don't.

are you talking about their web site? it is up for me too. it is that my server hosted with them is down and it is still down.

this sucks, 24x7 support... my ass.... I think that they have their representative here, Cameron or something.... I hope that he will explain what is going on because his stuff is obviously do not care and not interested that they have server/servers down.

I'm sorry to hear that your server is down with 2AMNetwork. Have you tried contacting them through live support if available.

Also I'm seeing that they are located in London, so its probably night time there and not all technicians may be working at this time, but as they claim 24/7 support center may not be what they actually offer.

they are located in London Canada not London UK but also since they claim that they do have 24x7 support I do not think it is matter if it is night or day. their servers are located in a DC in USA. I think that they use one of the burstnet buildings. And their live chat is just put on their web page so that peoples can see that they have such thing. It is never on-line.

"We're sorry, our LiveSupport agents are currently offline, but we're still here! " hahaha I do not think that you are there.

and the server is still down and no response from 2am still. maybe they are dead, or probably some aliens from "war of the worlds" attack Canada....

can please some Canadian replay to this post that Canada is not attack...?

O and yes, just as information to all the audience... 5 hours down time till now.... Let's see if they can do 6 or even more....

Posted by kafka13, 06-22-2010, 08:22 PM
Actually they can do 6, server went down 6 hours ago, now I can see that, let;s see if they can do 7. (I think that they can and they will)

Posted by kafka13, 06-22-2010, 08:33 PM
Yeah, correct. But they do not have to lie on their site that they "officially" have 27x7 and actually I pay them $120/m for the server.

Yes, they can, my server is still down. I sent them maybe 50 tickets, I send to their CEO email and PM here and still nothing. So what can I do, they do not have phone support....

I can confirm this. Their support is really terrible and I have been with them for a year.

Hi guys,

my server with them went down 8+ hours ago according to my Nagios data. I am in the Europe so it's been down whole night. I filed the ticket in Client Portal few hours ago but nobody responded so far.

Try sending the owner a message on his FaceBook:

Cameron Coish is no longer affiliated with this company. I wonder if new management is going to kill servers of the customers who purchased in the past. Nice business strategy!
