If you're experiencing any problems, try submitting a ticket at http://support.ubiquityservers.com/. Traceroutes and ping tests will help diagnose it.

Try running this command on your server and let us know what results you get:
The mii-tool will show you what port speed you have on the server and if its full duplex. If its not full duplex you may experience pocket loss. |
