They said they are having router problems but it does appear to have improved since 8am EST. It's amazing how unqualified these data engineers are and how the low end centers don't have any redundancy built in. A redundant router should be able to kick in automatically withing a minute or two of a problem. Both Serverpoint and NAC took over an hour to resolve their issues. While Serverpoint is a low priced service and you get what you pay for, NAC only thinks they are low priced and has an attitude that you pay little you get little. When i had an issue with them a few days ago about a routing problem, they said they couldn't talk to me on the phone because 15minute servers doesn't do phone talking. Only email even though i had sent traceroutes and multiple emails that they shrugged their shoulders at.

Got the following to my ticket. Seems like the outage only affected us in the "Cheap seats" at 15minuteservers. I pay $220/month for a backup voip server and that's supposed to be cheap. The outage started at 7am, not 7:22am. They don't even know when it started. They probably put down their coffee and bagel at 7:22 after receiving alarms of the outage at 7am. On the other hand i guess they just wait for a support ticket to be opened to find out they have an issue.

At approximately 7:22am we noticed issues with one of our 15 Minute Server (15MS) network routers, dar1.mmu. Additionally, this caused routing trouble for some of our 15MS customers' loopback IPs that we are still working to fix. We expect the loopback issue to be resolved ASAP, and will continue to investigate dar1.mmu.

If you have any questions regarding this Incident, please feel free to email us at support@15minuteservers.com. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
