What path are you taking into the facility? None of our servers with them are seeing any packet loss.

Nerdie,

There are no known network issues, however pm me your LSN-D#### and I'll have one of our techs investigate.

No, but Rockware loads fine and the packet loss appears to just be ICMP deprioritization:

I have multiple servers with you, none of them are working correctly.

I can't even load your website (or any one I talk to) to report the issue.

In all fairness some of those were outside our control - mostly issues with china telecom and the cut undersea fiber that links India and the neighboring countries.

However another server, such as cp05 can ping fine... Looks like it's random network issues. Just another day at limestone!

Pm me your LSN-D#### with a traceroute and I'll pass that along to a tech.

opened up a ticket, limestone see's packet lost, so they are working on it, i guess...

We are also facing the same network error issues for limestone servers.

We are not able to ping limestone servers from some of the ISP's internet connections in India.

Hi Ibee,

I believe your message is regarding ticket #77785 in which the IP address you were trying to connect to wasn't bound in your server's network configurations. We went in and did that for you free of charge and it started pinging successfully.

If this message wasn't regarding that ticket, simply open a ticket with us so we can take a look.

check with this Ticket #77786
