My server with routerhosting.com has been unavailable for more than an hour now. Their main web site is not accessible as well. Luckily their support web site is still on so I was able to file a ticket. No response so far though.

Both the main routerhosting website and my server have been brought back up online.

Hi there, It was a power issue in our Portland dc. and it takes 1 hour to recover that. sorry for that All tickets responded in lower 15minutes. what was your ticket number? Thank you,
