Posted by Coolraul, 06-02-2010, 07:05 AM We are experiencing an outage on one of our nodes in LA that is affecting some of our clients and the EDH primary website.
As we were just in the process of moving our backup site to a different location this means the ticket system is offline as well. (Timing is everything right..) The outage has been about 6 hours but we expect that node to be back online within the next 1-2 hours. We are just in the process of checking a few things. Customers will be given some more details of the outage once recovery operations and a debrief is conducted later today.
