Whole Burstnet down?

I have a vps with burstnet and its down and i cant access any of site hosted by burst.net also their main site and support pages all down.
Any info about this?

They seem to be online now. It appears to have just been a temporary issue.

yes its online now. It was out twice today for about 5~10 minutes

At no point was BurstNET down last night. More than likely, the client's ISP or some hop along the way was having issues.

TO the OP: did you open a ticket with us when you got back online?

Uptime seems extremely better thanks to the network upgrade perfermed a bit back.

Yes I was opened a ticket but closed it when you got back online!

Replace "you got back online" with "when I was able to connect again".

We have over 10000 active servers. Don't you think that if we were down for five minutes last night we'd have a Lot more tickets... Or at least two?

Again, the problem was on your end.

The next time it happens to you, do a traceroute and then attach it to a ticket to us.

Yeah it should be. I recently noticed that undersea cable interruption is the problem to all of these. http://www.ciol.com/Technology/Netwo...-hit/135399/0/
