Nominet (UK NIC) down?

Is http://www.nominet.org.uk or http://www.nic.org.uk not responding for anyone else?
Several proxy servers I have tried failed to connect, though some users have said they can connect to it fine. Does anyone know if Nominet are having issues?

They've just come back up for me now. Quite strange, as they were down from several locations I tried, so it wasn't a local or browser issue.

Apparently was a routing issue with the carrier that these connections all happened to be using, even from multiple locations. Carrier reported location unreachable, though is now up. 
Edit: I take that back, routing reporting location unreachable again. Someone's having problems! :\ |

Strange.. I'm still able to access both.
You're probably going through a different route than me, though.
