Anyone else experiencing downtime at Joe's ?

38 minutes and no reply to ticket and there is no phone support.

My box there is up... Their site is up, so it isn't a network issue.

Bad luck then. 911 support ticket and no answer yet.

I do see their website (I'm sending tickets). And host-tracker.com confirms that the server is down, I'm also doing pings from our other servers (outside Joe's) and is down.

So, it is just our server appearently

Sorry for not updating this sooner.

We made direct contact with Joe and were informed that it was a direct problem with the server. It was resolved afterwards.
