Anyone else experiencing downtime at Joe's ?
38 minutes and no reply to ticket and there is no phone support. |

My box there is up... Their site is up, so it isn't a network issue. |

I do see their website (I'm sending tickets). And host-tracker.com confirms that the server is down, I'm also doing pings from our other servers (outside Joe's) and is down.
So, it is just our server appearently |

Sorry for not updating this sooner.
We made direct contact with Joe and were informed that it was a direct problem with the server. It was resolved afterwards. |
