I cannot access my sites , control panel or Admin area at enotch hosting. That's twice now in the last 6 or 8 months. Even their web site is down!
I wonder why they have their support site on the same server that is being supported? Would be helpful if there were a back channel way to communicate with them when the sites go down. |

Sure was frustrating that I couldn't find their phone number because their site was down too. |

We have been having some problems with attacks on our webserver over the last few days. We are in the process of addressing this problem but the problem has been resolved.

You can find a telephone number from more than one place.
We used to look in this thing called a phone book.
Or we did a 411.
Look at a copy of the invoice.
Look at a copy of a previous email from them.
Or just google it. Its there: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&s...=&oq=&gs_rfai=
My post "telephone?" was reiterating the why in why they did not just call. The website down part did not float.
