Netdirekt down ?

is it me or netdirekt is down for every one ? even in after noon i got mails from monitoring system that server went down or not connect able

Yep, down.

Their DNS servers are also down, so you can't reach their portal or email them.

this is too bad , i cant mail them , cant even contact by call i get auto response to contact in working hours

The majority of the internet can't reach netdirekt.

Yes, responding to ping also. It goes up and down. However our servers are still down.

It is second time when this happen today. Look as some network equipment work unstable. They probably aware about problem and work on it.
BTW. March will be hard month due to planned maintenance for their infrastructure. Make sure that you are aware about your server as in most case it is required have shutdown your server. Each affected customer should be received alert about this.

Yes, as i was informed today is scheduled maintenance from 22 - 24 but today is theirs network going up and down.

They have been going up and down for quite some time now.

I am however able to reach Netdirekt.de and servers on their network from a server in the same DC (serverloft).

Just for interest: Can you publish traceroutes of that issue?
From within Germany, netdirekt.de seems to be completely online.

Ok...fixed here also...
Butt this is already second outage in two months...
starting to consider hetzner.de also...

And today will be more 2 hour downtime for maintenance so basicly this will be 4+ hours downtime today...

Yup, they had very nice network but doesn't look so anymore. We will see how it goes...
Also, although the servers are accessible, I have higher then normal latency so I guess this issue is not solved completely.

Could not say about others, but me personally should be beg pardon on netdirekt.de They sent clearly statement that on 8 and 9 March they will do planned maintenance and when i check list of affected servers it was found in message. So it is not their fault. Next planned maintenance planned on 23,24,25 March.

Yes they sent it, but it was scheduled from 22 - 24 and we had problems since 18 - 23 h.
That was issue.

And i didnt get any mail for 23,24,25 March? Is something scheduled again?

i am back up and running about a hour after i posted, but i did not get any thing for march either. i did get one for this one thou. no biggie as long as it is planned
