I've been unable to reach both their site and my server with them for at least a few minutes now. Can anyone confirm this outage? (if you've got a box with them)

Mike,
Just out of curiosity is the support line (Phone number) manned always? Or is that strictly during business hours? I tried to phone in to see what was going on as the support desk naturally is also down and all I got was voicemail near immediately. |
