Hello,

You should be aware of what is going on by checking "My emails" under your members area which can be accessed via https://clients.santrex.net/clientar...?action=emails

I'm confident enough you will find the answers there.

Thank you.

Santrex has very bad reviews . Most of them are because of slow speeds, downtime, and no support

Santrex is not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. So far after their server migration there has been no downtime, speeds been great and the support has been not bad as well.

I appreciate that, if you have any problems do let me know in person via admin@santrex.net which leads directly to myself.

We're setting up a new clustering plan and luckily Netherlands is the first location to undergo this setup.

Basically we have completed the mysql migration so now it's running on a separate server to perform all mysql writings in/out to the 2 twin servers on the cluster.

We're still working on adding the second server to the cluster, but we first need to change the disks as they had issues and that's why we moved users to a new server so we can replace the disks on old server and then add it to the cluster later on.

This will improve the overall performance of the Netherlands hosting and will split the load as well as provide our customers with a top notch stability and reliability also known as redundancy.

Thank you.
