vexxhost.com has been Down!

Hello Dear Members,
we have 1 server with them that down over 2 hours , their main server/website down too
we can't contact with them , if any person have any news please reply back here

How long have you been down? Have they sent you any notices about possible downtime? |

sorry to hear about that, but i guess when sign up with them, they should provided you the phone support number or their office number right? |

unfortunately, they didn't inform us about anythings
we'r down ad their main website over 3 hours
it's really made lose our credit and them too ! |

If Vexxhost is down, then I imagine it's a pretty legitimate reason. They are always serious about informing their customers of maintenance/planned downtime.
I use to talk the the owner for awhile when I was with them, think his name was Brian or Bryan, he was either the owner or one of the managers, but regardless he was always helpful and ran a tight ship from what I could tell, they were always really prompt.

i found they are hosted over 2000 sites
really what's hell still not any update from any person over the world ?? |

What is strange is the fact their site is down too. Hope they fix it soon.

I tried to find a number but was unable to find any at all for them. Don't they have anyone on the forum representing them?

yea , they are back within few minutes , but our server still down
we sent them ticket and waiting to their respond |

Hey everyone.
The client's server had crashed therefore required a reboot (a client issue, not a global issue) and our website was not working today as we were doing some maintenance on our webserver and support/billing systems.
I'd like to let everyone know that our vexxhost.com server is setup on an entire different server and network so any downtime on our main website does not reflect to downtime on all of our servers.
If anyone has any more issues or questions, you are free to contact me personally at brian[at]vexxhost[dot]com and we'll take care of it and this client's issue has been addressed.
We apologize once again for this issue, you may contact us with the toll-free number that's placed on our website at any time as well or on live chat.

I believe what your saying but it was a coincidence that he's server went down at the same time as your site server. So he's panic was justified I think, don't you?

that %100 occured to their network not our own crash!!!
also Xen Virtualization never been crashed just will overload and somethings!
sure same time everythings got the down ! |

remote reboot panel didn't work too
