Hostrocket.com down most of the day?

Hello,
I tried calling our host, Hostrocket.com, but they will not pick up the phone at all today. Our websites been down for over 5 hours total so far. Anyone else having an issue with hostrocket.com? |

Hmm yeah they are loading a bit slow on my end. Maybe their issue is related to the fiber cut issue since they're based in New York too aren't they? |
