Softlayer Washington DC Routing Issue

I just confirmed from the Softlayer networking staffs that, there seem to be a routing issue with the servers in Washington DC. Some European and Asian customers are unable to connect through public due to this and has covered 4 hours already. Got several tickets complaining the same. Are you guys aware of such?
