I could not visit to their site.and all my sites hosting by them .

my.enotch.com
what is the matter? |

I can't get to that site, either. I also tried to ping it and it did not resolve. My guess is that their DNS is down or their network is down, but that is just a guess based on the simple quick tests I ran. |

Yes it is down. I was trying to purchase a domain from my credit they gave me during a downtime. |

Down on my end as well. They may be having network issues. I'm sure they'll get it back up soon. |

I wouldn't jump to that conclusion. For you to lose your data, their hard drives and backups would have to be wiped clean. |

Their name servers are down. Both are on the same subnet, and both are pingable, but neither is responding to queries. |

There could be multiple causes such as a process that has decided to hang itself to DDOs Attack or connection problems, hardware and so on. 
Maybe wait a little longer and see what happens. |

We are working to resolve this problem. This is not affecting any of our other service areas such as vps, dedicated servers or colocation. |

Service has been restored. Log analysis is showing that this was due to an attack on our DNS. We will be taking a few corrective actions in the next 72hrs some of which is to moving all of our websites and seperating the NS entries. |
