Issue with Telia

Hello,
Does anyone else have a packet loss when going through Telia yesterday and today? Is there a scheduled maintenance with Telia? Our servers in SoftLayer cannot connect to servers in GNAX (Atlanta) and LeaseWeb (Amsterdam). |

This is the result from "mtr". I have tested from this server to different locations (1paket.com, leaseweb.com)
