Seems like they have problems since last night:
'with their connection to Level3'.
May not get fixed untill MONDAY |

I'm experiencing intermittent slowdowns connecting to the US, but nothing too major here in the London area. |

Seems Like the national problem only effected 'cable' BB, [like me]
with an extra problem in the 'S-SW'. [like me]
There 'service status phone message' is incorrect aswell as more than 18 hours out of date.
There service status page, will be revisited soon, but was 'trying' to show e-mail issues
[but the page would not load the status images].
The 'Help & support forum' which I just tried to sign up with, needs e-mail confirmation,
so not sure how I can do that untill it's fixed.
Generaly realy miffed with VM.
Am I the only WHTer using VM cable BB with problems ?

Finnaly found out talking to a 'real person' that the old webmail system had not only changed, which I knew, but also the old 'base' emails, could not be used, you now Have to use your alliases !
Anyway, I'm moving forward again, and hopefully the VM cable service will be the usual blast it is for another 8 months, then they'll have problems again, & missmanage the 'info',
have robot phones sending you in circles untill you find some 'scripted support idiot, that will not listern to you, untill eventualy you find a 'real person' who just might be able to tell you the reality.
Meanwhile, there status phone still has the same messages, and the status page shows red for broadband and states no issues ![one of which must be correct I guess].
Anyway - wingeing over for now.
ps. how do VM know the most difficult times/days to give me grief ? |
