Anyone elses Unixy server offline?

Our server went offline unexpectedly last week and we were told it was a network issue, so it was only down for perhaps 25 minutes
It went offline again tonight, roughly 1 hour 25 minutes ago and we've had no repsonses to our emails, which is frustrating.
Kinda dissapointed in Unixy.
Anyone else experiencing any network downtime? |

Hi Adam,
I sincerely apologize for the disruption. It is only now that someone brought this post to our attention. As discussed offline a few days ago, the root cause has been identified and all necessary steps have been taken to prevent this from happening again. Also as discussed, not only does SLA apply in this case but a complimentary upgrade to a dual quad core had been approved last week. This is the least we can do.
