This is getting ridiculous. I cannot reach my server which is hosted @ HiVelocity... Anyone has the same problem? |

Have you tried contacting their support? Their web site appears to be up at this time. |

Yup, still waiting for a reply. From my trace it seems that one of their core routers have some routing problems... |

We have one of our servers at HiVelocity and haven't had any reported problems with them at all this week. |

One of our core routers did in fact require a reboot last night. As far as I can tell only our Level 3 and Time Warner routes were affected and for only about 30 minutes or so. After reviewing our traffic levels, trouble tickets and chat transcripts it appears only a very very small amount of customers were affected. Traffic levels remained at normal levels and only 2 tickets were opened regarding this issue. I do apologize to any of you that did experience problems during this period. |
