just tried to get into my server and its not responding & coreisp website is not loading either
dedicatedbox's website has been gone for awhile because of some issue
anyone elses server down to? |

seems someone forgot to renew their domain
my server with them is down too.
just as I was about to start my huge workload....I managed to read my emails then the server went down.

Your servers being down shouldn't have anything to do with their domain expiring. It has expired and the nameservers for it have been changed to enoms so I wouldn't expect any email from dedicatedbox.net or to get any email to it.
That however should have no impact on your servers. I'd be trying to call someone.

we are currently experiencing network difficulties.
All DedicatedBox.net, EntirelyManaged.com and CoreISP.net clients will be affected. Other companies in the same network will also experience problems.
We apologise for the inconvenience. The issue with our domain is not related to this and that particular problem will be fixed in the comming week by our registrar.

Quick update:
the main router hardware broke. This has been repaired now. Most servers in the same network will be back up now. Our private network however still requires additional changes. I expect it will not take more than approximately 10 minutes to restore it.

All services should be back to normal now. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

liroy i got a quick query
it's about billing well i emailed you the other day and to cut it short you said you would verify the payment and confirm it so i got recipt but i never got recipt |

Well I no longer get emails from the billing system, since my friend is responsible for paying for our server. But I like pointing people to DedicatedBox when they ask about servers

Still not able to view past payments or submit a ticket.

Hmm, well I think DedicatedBox use ColoAlacarte for rack space, so I guess payments going there make sense. How are pencomp.com and dcsmanage.com related, though? |

i also have been with deicated box for a while with no complaint....i always get a bill by the first and havent got one yet...i went to the deicatedbox.net site and its gone....should i be worried? i am a victim of the angel networks scams and am paranoid now! |

No you dont have to be worried. I moved your box personally from angelz by the way, if you remember. You should have received a bill, though you probably couldnt enter billing system. You can, if you want, always make a manual payment.
Anyway, the payments always have gone to online@coloalacarte.com/online@racklogic.com. It is not new. We recently moved those 2 over to a new central paypal account though, hence the different name.
We are waiting for our licenses and DNS to update and our billing system will be back in business. We apologise for the inconvenience.
I hope that clarified most of the questions asked.
