Posted by Esau, 12-15-2009, 03:00 PM In Brazil some ISPs used by millions of users are having loss of packets if a tracert is done and can't get into the website (only by using a proxy), while others can. The IP from the website affected is 67.225.202.70 - registered with LiquidWeb.
Can any of you explain what seems to be the problem in this case?
Thank you.
P.S. My ISP from Brazil (Global Village Telecom) was not affected by this issue, but the range of users across the country is limited to less than 1 million, while others like Oi/Velox, Speedy (Sao Paulo) and NET are used by more than 50% of the population connected to the internet.
