Team VPS slow/down

Posted by saintlysinner, 12-14-2009, 04:30 PM Team VPS is down yet again. jumpserver.net times out before i can ssh into it.
I have 4 support tickets unanswered over the last month and 2 which say processing for almost forever.
I am wondering whether they are still active as i havnt heard from any of their staff regarding the tickets.
If anyone knows the issue would be good if you could post them here
