Can anyone log on http://www.uk2.net? please?
Don't tell me they are down again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Linx (london internet exchange) are having issues. We took them out of the mix a few mins ago. We will put them back when things are cool.

Loading fine for me. They may be rebooting the server, or if you're a client, you might have been blocked from their server. |

Looks fine from here, most likely a regional issue. I don't think the issue is UK2. |

No there was a real problem but it seems to be fixed, I try to access their site and my site earlier on with a proxy, no chance, therefore they had a problem but as eming said above,there was a problem in London |

No, the problem was with the London Internet Exchange, not UK2.  |

Yes it is all good now, this only happened last night. Nothing to do with UK2, it was the full London exchange. |

We've taken LINX out of our mix. Funny though, it is so widespread that I can not (from home) open bbc.co.uk - google.co.uk is ok though...Scary how powerful LINX is here in UK.

Yes very scary, my site was also down.
Now look at it in a different angle, imagine if we had a war in our country? and internet goes, what would the people do without internet? All our businesses would be crushed and panic would spread everywhere, I can't even imagine the disasters....it would be like a radical internet recession.
that's scary, better watch the news to make sure we are ok :-) |
