all of my sites at caro.net are down.
their main and support website are down too.

Seems they are experiencing some downtime/ The site is not loaded

It looks like their entire network is down, probably between about 6:30-7:15AM EST. I'm get destination net unreachables.

They just updated carostatus.net with:

"A network issue is effecting large portions of our network at this time. We are aware of the issue and working fervently to resolve it. Please check back often for updates."

It looks like their entire network is unreachable (e.g. even their DNS servers are unreachable), which means that their support would only be reachable by phone, and that it affects all their customers (so time spent 'supporting' people by explaining the downtime is time that they can't work on fixing it).

just got a message from support and it's up and running

i think different people are working with tech stuff and customers there )
