Yeah, I'm experiencing the same issue.
Looks like some weird routing issue, as a trace route to my VPS isn't even getting to the USA (I'm in Australia). Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
Code:
C:\Users\Daniel>
Tracing route to *** [199.71.212.***]
over a maximum of 30 hops:
1 1 ms <1 ms <1 ms adsl.d15.biz [10.0.0.1]
2 23 ms 23 ms 23 ms 10.20.20.224
3 23 ms 23 ms 23 ms nme-nxg-wal-csw1-vlan-1.tpgi.com.au [220.245.179.193]
4 23 ms 23 ms 32 ms nme-nxg-wal-crt2-port-channel-5.tpgi.com.au [202.7.162.69]
5 35 ms 35 ms 35 ms syd-nxg-men-crt2-ge-5-0-0.tpgi.com.au [202.7.171.137]

Hi,
Sorry about that engineers were called in. Had an issue with one of the Cisco blades we swapped it out and routed traffic through another core while we investigate.

I have a basic VPS with photonvps, and its been down all day. Would have been nice to have received an email about it. |

"Our main node has a raid array issue. We are working on restoration there should be no data lost." |
