nixism.com vps down billing system un-license

One of our vps was down more than 24 hours, submit ticket, but no answer, then today his billing system is un-license.

Thats a pretty common error. It has more to do with WHMCS validation servers. Do you have a number to call?

I confirm this is a common occurrence with whmcs. Their billing system needs to do a license check on licenses that have been paid.

For instance if we pay for our license close to it's due date and their system doesn't probe our server after we paid and the due date goes our license shows up as invalid even though we paid.

Whmcs has stated that admins can force the license to update from within the administration panel however it could be solved if Whmcs would simply probe the licensed server after the invoice was paid.

But the most important is: VPS still be offline.

actually nixism is now owned by hostdime. If you are having an issue please contact manny.v@hostdime.com i believe it is as he is the owner and he will help you get transfered over to the new systems also i would have thought you would have been transfered already so please contact manny as i was under the impression that the hardware lease was up on oct 28th

by the way i was also with nixism now hosted in the hostdime doc

Yes, Manny said it was owned by hostdime. But our vps still down, although he said ' I will be booting up the vps and sending you info shortly' on 11/10/2009 22:18
