choopa site is down?

Yep all my servers are down.
Their network is completely down, IP's wont even trace.
Nobody answering the phones at any of their numbers. |

ya now only i rised from bed,so may i know how long the outage started before?
even i cant able to see there data tech in AIM

Wow that's alot of servers offline. If no one is answering their phones that would make me wonder. I hope it gets resolved quickly for all parties involved. |

not answering the phone only keep us worring there is no communication between DC and clients
down for 1hrs and 25 min is way too long |

yep there client portal also not opeing so there is no communication between us and them |

There have been a lot of internet backbone issues affecting NTT / Savvis and others so it's most likely a routing snafu.

I noticed that the choopa IRC server connected to EFnet disconnected from the rest of the network earlier. I guess it was a bigger problem than I thought. |

Don't they have a Twitter, Facebook or blog they can update? That's odd all communication is inactive. Do they have an SLA by chance? |

I'm not sure if its happened before because I thankfully do not have a server with the company. |

Looks like it was a power problem, my servers are back up but all rebooted.
I guess some servers are taking longer to start back up then others.
Its never happened before, ive been with them for a year now. |

now i confirmed with support over phone they haveing power issue and they told it will be resloved in 30min |
