interservers.com & internic.co.uk DNS down

A customer has their domain name registered and DNS hosted at interservers.com (AKA internic.co.uk).
ns1.interservers.com and ns2.interservers.com are returning bad (empty) records for their names.
Does anyone else have this problem today?
Interserver's strapline of "hosting solutions that work" seems somewhat ironic. Their claims of 24 hour support seems wrong too?
