Down for me as well..

We were updating system files of Softaculous for a better and faster way of handling the 1000s of requests for files we recieve.

Hence the server was down for a while.

Alons

Then switch back to Softaculous when Installatron servers are down? Lolz.

@all

I'm staying with Softaculous. They're making their way to accommodate a lot of installations. So they're improving!

Hi,

Softaculous is running fine from my pings and browser.
I will still check the logs.

Please NOTE that Softaculous does not depend on our Servers all the time. Its only required when you are installing Softaculous itself or there are CRON Updates.
Otherwise Softaculous will be working absolutely fine in your panels.

Our Servers have 99.9% Uptime and we have backup servers as well.

Regards,
Alons

it was actually not accessible like an hour ago. Hence you've mention this,
We were updating system files of Softaculous for a better and faster way of handling the 1000s of requests for files we recieve.

Hence the server was down for a while.

Down for me also (UK). It doesn't seem to be a simple issue... the server itself won't even respond to pings:

ping 69.72.202.118 [server.softaculous.com]

Pinging 69.72.202.118 with 32 bytes of data:
