rsync.net server unavailable

Anyone else having a problem with rsync.net today? I'm unable to backup to or even do an 'ls' via ssh. I sent an email about 1.5 hours ago and haven't heard anything. No one answers the phone either.

It came back after about 6 hours down. It took over 4 hours to answer my first email to them.
