TechWest Hosting - VPS01 Offline

VPS01 is currently offline due to a network problem.

We did ask the provider not to take it offline as there were live VM's - but they did it anyways.

I am on live chat and the phone trying to get an ETA for repair.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused!

I am certainly more than happy to compensate for the outage - please submit a ticket at our Help Desk.

Still nothing - ticket has been escalate to the Lead Admin.

No ETA on repair.

I am still awaiting some update and sitting in a chat session with a HiVelocity Support person and no ETA as of yet.

We are back online and all VPS's are operational.

I sincerely apologize for any problems this has caused.
