TeamVPS contact?

Does anyone have a contact for Brian at TeamVPS other than what appears on their whois? We have a few of our early vps clients on their nodes and everything appears to be down (their main site as well as all of the nodes).
It's been over an hour now and I've tried contacting them in every place I could find.
...guess this is a wake up call to migrate those few clients over to one of our own nodes asap... |

We are having a network wide problem and have someone at the datacenter now working on it. |

It is now fixed, our core router failed. He have a backup router on site and pre-configured for this very type of problem. This router was new, less then a month old. We apologize for the inconvenience to our users. |

Might be a good idea to keep your website (or an outage notice site) on a 3rd party so customers can be kept in the loop. |

Their domain had expired there for a while. They took their time on renewing it, too.
Better yet, They've been "billing us" and hitting us with overage fees for over a year after we canceled.
They disappeared ages ago. |
