ServerConnect.se / Servainet.com servers Down? AGAIN ?

It seems like serverconnect / servainet 's servers are down again but their site is working fine. They are not responding to support tickets or picking up the phone. Does anyone know any info on the problems they have because it seems that this happens every week ? Maybe peter from servainet / serverconnect will see this thread and answer. So far the trace always stops at bredband maybe bredband has some problems or servainet / serverconnect's ups's are down again. |

UPDATE : I Got response from peter they are having some power troubles and they are working hard to fix them |
