Posted by andrei155, 04-08-2011, 12:20 AM
It looks like VolumeDrive is down. Can anyone else confirm? I can't access my server or their website.

Posted by kimboy, 04-08-2011, 12:24 AM
same here both down my server and their website.

Posted by andrei155, 04-08-2011, 12:26 AM
I don't have any form of contact other than their support e-mail, which I would assume isn't working at the moment.

Posted by sdpenaloza, 04-08-2011, 12:32 AM
Same here suddenly down no way to contact =/

Posted by kimboy, 04-08-2011, 12:32 AM
Agree with you, volumedrive DNS are in the same network wich is down too so e-mail don't work as I can see.

Posted by Chris_H, 04-08-2011, 12:55 AM
They are back up now. Probably just an unexpected network outage.

Seems to be going up and down here.

Posted by sdpenaloza, 04-08-2011, 01:08 AM
ya its unstable, its been going up and down pretty often, its definitely a start

Posted by JumptoMedia, 04-08-2011, 01:11 AM
It might be DDoS attacks I think they need to boot people or null their IPs.

Posted by kimboy, 04-08-2011, 01:14 AM
yeah it's unstable here too, now are down again.

Posted by JumptoMedia, 04-08-2011, 01:14 AM

Posted by psycop, 04-08-2011, 01:28 AM
Mine is down again too for me. I just got word from Josh that they are working to resolve the problem

Posted by Squidix - SamBarrow, 04-08-2011, 01:31 AM
I have a VPS with them, up right now.

Posted by templaters, 04-08-2011, 01:46 AM
I just talked to Volumedrive, they are aware of the outage, It is an upstream provider that is causing the outage, They are working on it and hope to be back up shortly. Otis

I am currently experiencing the same issues with BurstNET, it seems to be primarily over HE. Is this related to VolumeDrive?

Posted by JumptoMedia, 04-08-2011, 02:11 AM
So its not Volumedrive its the entire network...BurstNET is also down for me

Posted by quadix, 04-08-2011, 02:20 AM
We are having an upstream ISP issue and are working to get it resolved asap.

Posted by Faris Aziz, 04-08-2011, 02:28 AM
Yeah it's down too, my server is down.

Posted by HostingFuze, 04-08-2011, 02:32 AM
I am also unable to login to Burst to submit a ticket. But I'm sure they don't need another ticket to add to the issue. Hopefully things get resolved soon

Posted by Energizer Bunny, 04-08-2011, 02:36 AM
VD and our server down as well. 2nd downtime in less than 3 months time, i wonder what is happening over there at VD.

Posted by Faris Aziz, 04-08-2011, 02:37 AM
Are they sharing the same network with BurstNET?

Posted by quadix, 04-08-2011, 02:38 AM
Nothing is going on here. We are simply having an upstream ISP issue that we are working to resolve.

Posted by Energizer Bunny, 04-08-2011, 02:42 AM
Could be, i am not too sure, i thought they separated themselves from burst. @VD any ETA on when servers/network could be back ?

Posted by Faris Aziz, 04-08-2011, 02:48 AM
My server is back up

Posted by quadix, 04-08-2011, 04:09 AM
The majority of our network is back up and running. We are still seeing a few remaining issues on small IP blocks that will be resolved shortly.
