BurstNet massive packet loss

Hello , i am experience a massive packet loss on BurstNet , i am on a 1 GB/s port and the network is really slow:

73 packets transmitted, 40 received, 45% packet loss, time 72039ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 50.869/52.757/54.139/1.379 ms

What happen now?

Follow procedures, and contact our support thru proper channels...then maybe something will happen.
